Interestingly enough, Bang Bang is the same person his ex Rihanna was spotted giving an umbrella tatt to last month. Ri Ri almost got charges filed on her when the law found out she was doing this unlicensed–meaning she illegally tattoo’d someone. But Chris and Bang Bang say they drove 2 hours to another state where its legal for anyone to tattoo lol, crazy
