Well, the NYC Health Department is looking to question Rihanna about her new tattooing job. Rihanna was spotted giving umbrellas and R’s to three tattoo artist at East Side Ink Tattoo Parlor in NYC. According to the NYC Health Department, Rihanna could be slapped with three misdemeanors for the offense, each with its own hefty penalty as much as $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and $1,000 for the third. Now that’s crazy. I guess she was trying to diversify herself in this recession and pick up a side hustle lol.
